Transforming dreams into reality
At TIME, we believe that talent exists everywhere, but opportunity does not. This belief is the foundation of The Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship LLC.
TIME was created to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. Across emerging economies, millions of young people, women, entrepreneurs, and communities have ideas, energy, and ambition — but many do not have access to the right skills, mentorship, markets, funding, technology, or global networks. TIME exists to help close that gap.
As a management and entrepreneurship consulting firm and Entrepreneurship Support Organization, TIME works to support entrepreneurs, startups, institutions, universities, development partners, and communities through consulting, training, incubation, capacity building, market access, ecosystem development, and strategic partnerships.
Our journey began with a simple dream: to transform lives through entrepreneurship, skills, and opportunity. Today, that dream has grown into a global vision — to empower youth, strengthen women's participation in the economy, support startups, promote innovation, and build inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems.
Our Vision 2030 is bold: to support 50,000 startups and contribute to the creation of 250,000 employment opportunities. This is not just a target; it is a commitment to building a future where young people do not only search for jobs, but create them.
As Founder, my vision is to make TIME a bridge between emerging talent and global opportunity — connecting local entrepreneurs with international mentors, institutions, investors, markets, and ecosystems, and helping communities move from dreams to action, and from action to sustainable impact.
